By copying, installing or using all or any portion of the Product you have purchased via this website, you are accepting all the terms and conditions of this agreement, including, in particular, the limitations on: use contained in section (2), transferability in section (2.2) and all other specific provisions and exceptions provided below. You agree that this agreement is like any written negotiated agreement signed by you. This agreement is enforceable against you and any legal entity that obtained the Product through you and on whose behalf it is used. If you do not agree and accept the terms of this agreement, please do not proceed to download the Product, or if you have already downloaded the Product, delete the Product from your computer.

Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC owns all intellectual property contained in our Products, and in any related packaging, or advertising materials. Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC permits you to download, install, use, or otherwise benefit from the functionality or intellectual property of the software only in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. Product License. If you obtained the Product from Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC or one of its authorized licensees and as long as you comply with the terms of this agreement, Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Product in the manner and for the purposes described in the documentation, as further set below.

2.1 General Use. You may install and use a single copy of the PDF Product on your personal compatible computer; and

2.2 Portable or Home Computer Use. Subject to the important restrictions set forth in Section 2.3 below, the primary user of the Computer on which the Product is installed (Primary User) may install a second copy of the Product for his or her exclusive use on either a portable Computer or a Computer located as his or her home, provided that that Product on the portable or home Computer is not used at the same time as the Product on the primary computer.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership. The Product and any authorized copies that you make are the intellectual property of and are owned by Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC. The structure, organization and code of the Product PDF are the valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC. The Intellectual Property is protected by the copyright law, including but not limited to the copyright laws of the United States and other countries, and by international treaty provisions. Except as expressly stated herein, this agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Products and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC.

4. Restrictions.

4.1 Notices. You may not copy the Product except as set forth in Section 2.1 and 2.2. Any permitted copy of the Product that you make must contain the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on or in the Product.

4.2 No Modifications. Except as permitted in Section 2.1 and 2.2, you may not modify, adapt or translate the Product. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Product.

4.3 No Transfer. You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign or transfer your rights in the Product, or authorize any portion of the Product to be copied onto another individuals or legal entity's computer except as may be permitted herein. You may, however, permanently transfer all your rights to use the Product to another individual or legal entity provided that: (a) you also transfer (i) this agreement, (ii) the Product, and remove all Products from your computer.

4.4 No volume printing. You may print a single copy of the Product you have purchased. You may NOT print in excess of one copy. You may not photocopy the Product. You may not distribute the Product in mass quantities either in printed, photocopied or electronic form.

5. Export Rules. You agree that the Product will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other export laws, restrictions or regulations (collectively the "Export Laws"). In addition, if the Product is identified as an export controlled item under the Export Laws, you represent and warrant that you are not a citizen of, or located within, an embargoed or otherwise restricted nation (including without limitation, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Cuba and North Korea) and that you are not otherwise prohibited under the Export Laws from receiving the Product. All rights to use the Product are granted on condition that such rights are forfeited if you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement.

6. Compliance with Product restrictions. If you are a business, company or organization, you agree that upon request from Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC or its authorized resellers, you will within thirty (30) days fully document and certify that use of any and all Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC Products at the time of the request is in conformity with your valid agreement with Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC.

Forget-Me-Not-Tots Privacy Policy

Collection of non-personal data. If you browse www.forgetmenottots.com and you are not a Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC member, you do so anonymously. We do not collect your e-mail address or other personal information. We do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to tell us which parts of www.forgetmenottots.com you visit and how long you spend there. We do not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable. We also track what country you are accessing the Internet from, and what time and date you visited.

The only other information automatically provided to us is the type of computer, operating system and Web browser you are using: Your browser supplies us with this information. We use this information from our server logs to learn more about our visitors as a group, not about you as an individual. The information helps us identify overall usage patterns and trends on the site.

If you are a Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC member and log in, we save your email address, and your password which are protected through our server firewalls. We recognize who you are by placing a small bit of data called a "cookie" on your computer (see more about cookies below). Collecting this information helps us direct you to the information on www.forgetmenottots.com that's meant for you.

Collection of your personal information. Online forms are available for customers to request information, products, and services. We obtain information you provide to us via these forms, as well as surveys and contests, such as your name, mailing address and e-mail address. We may use this information to provide you with information about the products and services offered by Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC.

Control of your personal information. Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC will not sell or share your e-mail address with other organizations. However, other information you share may be used to provide you with information from Forget-Me-Not-Tots, LLC.
