Where's My Stuff?
Order confirmation emails are sent by PayPal. Your products will not be available for download until your payment clears. To access your products, please click on "MY ORDERS" in the upper right hand corner. If you experience any difficulties with PayPal or product download, contact us at webmaster@forgemenottots.com.

How to Download
The Illustrated Nursery Notebook™ products are delivered to you in PDF files that you download. When you download, the file is transfered from our server to your computer, where you can save and print it at your convenience. Please be aware that each monthly PDF is approximately 4MB in size. Download times will vary based on your internet connection. If you choose to save multiple months of the Notebook, please make sure you have enough disk space available. To download your products, click on "MY ORDERS" in the upper right hand corner. Then, click on the link for the product you wish to download. There is no limit on the number of times you can download the product. Items remain in your account indefinitely. If you have trouble downloading contact us at webmaster@forgemenottots.com.

Custom Binder Covers
Custom binder covers featuring a photo of your child are available for $9.95. Here are the steps you must follow to obtain a customized cover:

1. After checkout, simply email a high resolution (large) digital (.jpg) photo of your baby to customize@forgetmenottots.com.

2. Include your order number in the subject line

3. Include your baby's name and date of birth in the body of your email.

4. We will email you a customized cover PDF file within 3 business days.

5. Print it out on a color printer and insert it into any binder with a clear front pocket on the cover.
